These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at http://www.printingcentral.in/ (the “Website”). By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Printingcentral.in is owned and operated by SRU Printers PVT LTD. By visiting, using and registering with the Printing Central website, you referred to hereafter as you, your or user. Agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions constitue a legally binding agreement between you and SRU Printers PVT LTD. Govern any and all use of the site by any and all users of the sote and any services offered there from. If you or the business entity whom you represent or acting on behalf, have a separate agreement with , SRU Printers PVT LTD the terms of that separate agreement ahsll govern to the extent they are inconsistent with or otherwise conflict with any of the terms and conditions, please do not use the site or any services offered or accessed through the site.

Printingcentral.in and all and any other marks appearing on this Site are trademarks of Printing Central in the Indian and other jurisdictions Trademarks. You may not use, upload, reproduce, post, republish, copy, transmit distribute or modify the Trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this Site, without “Printing Central" prior written consent.

Material and conduct

We will have no obligations with respect to such material. We and our nominees will be free to copy, distribute, disclose, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all sounds, data, images, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the Privacy Policy any material you transmit or post to this Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

In this Website you are prohibited from posting or transmitting of any material. We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order directing or requesting us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of the clauses of above. We will not be responsible for any copyright infringement by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse to process any order that may cause offence or distress to others and in such a case we will refund any payment made.  Which you have not obtained all necessary approvals and licences,

which is technically harmful which including, without limitation, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, computer viruses, other malicious software or harmful data or corrupted data. In using the Photo Upload facility on the Website, you agree not to upload or print any images that will cause distress or offence to any person; it is your responsibility to ensure that express permission for any images you use has been granted by the owner of any image. 

You warrant and agree that when you are using the Site, you may not upload, transmit, post, distribute or otherwise publish through the Site any materials which are inhibit or restrict any other user from using or enjoying the Site, , threatening, harassing or profane, unlawful, constitute or give rise to civil liability or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or  contain a virus or misleading indications or other harmful component or false or origin or statements of fact. You are solely responsible for the content and context of any materials you post or submit through the Site.

While we endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.

Eligibility

The Site and its services are intended solely for persons who are 18 years of age or older. Any access to or use of the Site or its service by anyone under 18 years of age is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older.

 Quality of Products

Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our Website may vary from the specification set out in the order. The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. 

The Products may different from that shown on images in the Website.

The template designs and images of Products in our website are for illustrative purposes only.

 You accept that variations in colours are inherent within the printing process for files submitted. You also understand and accept that computer hardware are such that we cannot guarantee that the Product colours will match those displayed on your computer screen during the ordering process. . If the additional finishing tolerances are at an additional cost, these will be set out on our site.

Advertising

Part of the Website may contain advertising. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Website complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible to you for any error or inaccuracy in advertising material.

Notices

You must give notice to Print Limited either at its registered office by registered post at your cost, or electronically using the messaging facility on our site. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order.

Service Access

Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Payment

The prices do not include GST Slabs respectively(5%,12%,18%) and delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in the cart section of the order process. And prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. You may pay for Products using any debit or credit card.

All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in Indian Rupees (Rs), unless otherwise noted. All prices set forth on the Site and stated herein are based on current costs and subject to change without notice and payment amounts and other terms may be subject to additional agreements between User and SRU Printers Pvt Ltd.
If a User submits an order on the Site to purchase printing products, mailing services, design services or other services, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping/handling fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by User with an approved payment method. Production of all items ordered is subject to the terms outlined below in the "Printing Turnaround Time" section, and will not begin until an order is fully paid, including shipping and handling fees.

Once the print file(s) associated with an order have been approved by the User as described below in the "Printing Turnaround Time" section, the order will be "In Production" and no changes will be allowed to the print files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. After an order is In Production, the entire amount of the order along with applicable taxes and shipping/handling fees shall be deemed fully paid and non-refundable, except as provided for in the Return & Refund Policy below.

Delivery and Delivery Charges

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, your Products will be despatched for delivery in accordance with the delivery service chosen by you during the ordering process. We do not offer international delivery at this time, but we will update our site if we can offer this service in the future.

Delivery is complete once the Products have been unloaded at the address for delivery set out in your order and signed for.

Where delivery is not possible as a result of us being provided with the incorrect delivery address details, our delivery service will return the Products to us and we will hold these for 6 working days.

If you do not wish to cancel your order straight away, or do not have the right to do so, you can contact us to give us a new reasonable deadline for delivery. If we fail to meet this new deadline, which must be reasonable, you may cancel your order.

If no one is available at the delivery address given to accept the delivery, one of our carriers will leave you a card that the Products have been returned to our premises or the premises of any carrier which we use, in which case, please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery. Please note that if you do not rearrange delivery, the Products will be returned to our premises.

We will deliver orders within a maximum of 30 days after the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order. And will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address,  for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.

If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we accept no liability for any items which have not been received. 

The risk and responsibility in the Products will sit with you from that time. Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the delivery address given in the order process or to any other location nominated by you.

You own the Products once we have received payment in full including all applicable delivery charges and the delivery of the Products is completed.

All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the Website do not include weekends or public holidays. Our normal working hours are Monday to Saturday 9.30am-6.30pm and we only dispatch orders during these timescales. However, please be aware that these working hours do not apply to production. We may still produce items outside of these hours and on weekends and on public holidays.

The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as set out during the check-out process before you confirm your order.

Return Policy

In case of Product is defective, we may request that you can return the product for our examination and our liabilities in respect of in case of misprints.

Miscellaneous

None of the Covered Parties are responsible for any errors or delays in responding to a Request caused by an incorrect email address provided by you or other technical problems beyond their control. The captions in these Terms & Conditions are only for convenience and do not, in any way, limit or otherwise define the terms and provisions of these Terms & Conditions. If any provision of the Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible so as to effect the intent of the Terms & Conditions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and those terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement (collectively, the "Agreement") between you and each Covered Party relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this Site.
